We offer the following services:
- Data and Document Processing: Converting unstructured documents into structured data through microservices or native application integration.
- AI Agents, Chatbots, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation): Developing custom AI solutions for task automation, workflow optimization, and intelligent decision support.
- Workshops and Courses: In-person or online AI training sessions customized for business applications.
These services are not directly purchased through our website. Instead, all engagements are discussed and agreed upon individually.
3. Payments & Refunds
Payments for our services must be made via bank transfer.
We do not accept PayPal, credit cards, or other payment methods.
All invoices must be paid within the agreed timeframe.
No Refunds: Once a service has been provided or training material delivered, refunds are not available.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
We provide training materials, documents, and AI-related content as part of our consultancy and workshops.
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Redistributing, copying, modifying, or reselling our materials.
- Using our AI solutions for illegal or unethical purposes.
All intellectual property rights remain with us unless explicitly transferred in writing.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to deliver high-quality AI solutions, we are not responsible for any business outcomes resulting from the use of our services.
We do not accept liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our AI solutions, consultancy, or training materials.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of AI technology complies with applicable laws and ethical guidelines.
6. Ethical & Legal Use of AI
Our AI solutions must be used ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws.
Clients may not use our AI technology for:
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activities.
- Generating misinformation or unethical AI applications.
- Any use that violates privacy laws (such as GDPR) or other regulations.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy.
Any disputes will be resolved in Bologna, Italy, through mediation, arbitration, or legal action, depending on the case.
